Halara Terms & Conditions and Policies Update

Dear Halara customer,
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best service to our valued customers, we will be updating some of our terms and policies in accordance with an internal restructuring. Effective June 10th, 2026, the updated Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Coupon Policy (collectively, “Terms”) have been in place on our website: eur.halara.com and App (collectively, “Sites”).
For your convenience, below is a brief summary of the key changes. We encourage you to review each one in full by visiting our Sites. You may also contact us at legal@halara.com with questions.
Terms & Conditions:
- We have identified FR DFS as the contracting and service entity for the Sites for customers located in the European Union (excluding Germany, France, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium or Austria); and Full Scale Full Speed PTE. LTD. as the contracting entity for customers located in Africa, South America, Norway and Iceland.
- We have updated the user content license terms to make them more localized and provide greater clarity for users.
- We have refined governing law and dispute resolution provisions to provide clarity over how legal disputes are handled.
Privacy & Cookie Policies:
- We have identified that, for customers located in the European Union (excluding Germany, France, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Austria), as well as in Africa, South America, Norway, and Iceland, the entities controlling the collection and processing of personal information in relation to the Sites are the same as the contracting and service entities identified above. This update does not change your cookie choices or reduce your privacy rights.
Coupon Policy:
- We have updated and further clarified the issuer and the relationship with our Terms and Conditions. This update does not affect your consumer rights.
Please note that these updates are intended to make our Terms clearer, more transparent, and better localized for users, without affecting your existing consumer rights or shopping experience.
